Pork Chops for dinner

I made pork chops and salad for dinner this evening. I think I accidentally bought real potatoes rather than sweet potatoes, so the salad was not functioning as designed. It was still excellent.

Sweet potatoes are orange on the inside; normal potatoes are white on the inside. Potatoes are also moister than sweet potatoes, which are also called yams.
