I had the strawberry stuffed French toast today at Chompie's. It was pretty tasty, but I think next time I'll seek to eat something more nutritive. Taking a bag of day-old bagels to work tomorrow.
Went to Costco to buy water and stamps.
This evening I got to visit the St. Bernard and borrow him for a run in the park. We had a blast.

me thinks perhaps someone may be exceeding the trial period on the dog... when does the automatic contract kick in?
It's an indefinitely long trial period -- he's not my dog, just a friend.
However, had I a suitable place of my own, his peeing on the carpet the other day and the ensuing understandable upset-ness on the part of the owner just might have been my opportunity to make my move and annex the dog.
But do I want to own the dog? To have to share my space with him all the time? Do I want him peeing on my carpet?
Rent-a-dog really has some upsides.
