Wolfgang Puck's Curried Chicken Satay

I made Wolfgang Puck's curried chicken satay this evening, as instructed in the February issue of Every Day with Rachael Ray. I'm unclear how many servings it was supposed to make, since I ate them all myself while watching Jarhead from Netflix with no trouble.

Jarhead was disturbing but worth watching. Affords some perspective.

I have not seen Jarhead yet. I have been warned that I might not like it because it is "anti-military."

The chicken satays turned out delicious, though I need to buy a flock of chicken breasts to make a bunch more to use up the ingredients I acquired in the process. Thirty minutes? I suppose some part of the process took thirty minutes.

I just subscribed today to the magazine. I had bought an issue at the grocery store on a whim (I'd had a coupon for a free issue of Real Simple which simply wasn't to be found, so I got back at The Man by spending money on another magazine. Take that, Man!)

Dad, you might not like Jarhead, but I wouldn't characterize it as
"anti-military" so much as "not-artificially-and-unrealistically-pro-military". For instance, it discusses some of the inefficiencies of marines during desert shield and desert storm. Is it news to you that the federal government is less than perfectly efficient? Is presenting that somehow offensive?
